基于PHP的房屋租赁管理系统
摘要：随着互联网信息技术的日益发展，如何科学，全面，高效的对单位纷繁复杂的档案管理实务进行计算机网络自动化是个热门话题，当前企事业单位为了提升自身的竞争力，各单位都在定制和购买各项业务应用软件，运用高科技技术手段进行科学，规范的管理。作为房屋租赁公司的管理者，希望能够对房屋租赁实务管理的整个流程状态，信息资料的情况了如指掌，使其可以做出科学的决策。作为工作人员期望能够避免繁琐的手工操作，甩掉传统的手工记录方式，达到事半功倍的效果。一个能够使其实现管理系统化，规范化，自动化的计算机系统就显得很有必要。
利用计算机技术，实现管理自动化，规范化就是解决这个问题最好的方法。
论文采用PHP技术开发了房屋租赁管理系统，并且对该系统的技术方案的选择、系统功能的设计和实现等进行了介绍。在这个系统中，采用的是php动态网页设计技术和mysql数据库，可以灵活的管理和发布各种房屋信息。本系统共分9大功能模块：房屋查询、会员注册、会员登录、出租信息登记、求租信息登记、出售信息登录、求购信息登录、留言板管理、后台管理。
