[Abstract] Objective: To explore the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and the influence on pregnancy outcome. Method: Thirty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who visited and gave birth in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research group. Thirty healthy parturients during the same period were selected as the control group. The clinical data of all pregnant women were collected, the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of two groups at 28 weeks gestation were compared, the maternal and infant outcomes of two groups were compared. Result: The levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h PG, TG, TC and LDL-C in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 28 weeks gestation, and the level of HDL-C was lower than that in the control group (P<). The incidence of premature rupture of membranes, pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and postpartum hemorrhage in the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<). The incidence of neonatal adverse events in the study group was higher than that in the contr
