文档介绍：高职毕业生就业应聘管理信息系统的设计与实现摘要大学生就业已经成为整个社会关注的热点问题,解决毕业生就业难的问题是许多学校所面临的重要课题。本文在广泛调研和自身工作实践的基础上,分析了高职毕业生就业的意义和实际工作中出现的问题,剖析了就业应聘管理信息系统的目标、原则,考虑到既要有Web的访问方式,又要利用本地资源独立开展工作。所以,设计了一个基于C/S和B/S综合模式的高职毕业生就业应聘管理信息系统。该系统从毕业生、招聘单位、管理机构就业指导中心等几个角度进行详细深入的剖析,为不同的用户群提供完善的服务。本课题主要研究了以下内容: (1)的ASP技术、组件技术,使得系统具备良好的互动性、实时性和可维护性,以网站的形式为Web用户提供跨越时间和地域的广泛的访问环境; (2)分析了目前流行的射频识别(RFID)技术,使用多数高校都使用的“校园一卡通”,智能地解决毕业生参加招聘会的入场身份识别问题, 便于招聘会后数据的统计、分析。(3)运用短信群发技术保证了向毕业生发送信息的快捷、准确、通畅,为毕业生充分、合理就业提供了保障。(4)运用SQL Server数据库服务器的特点,保障了数据的完整、安全,为就业应聘数据的集成管理提供了有力保障。(5)在上述技术使用的基础上,系统以《安徽职业技术学院毕业生就业应聘管理信息系统》为例,实现了就业信息服务和管理的功能。关键词:客户机/服务器,浏览器/服务器,射频识别,短信群发,管理信息系统 The design and Implementation ofhigh vocational and technical graduate employment and recruitment information management system Abstract Graduate Employment e ahottopic that arouses the concern ofthe whole papel"analyzes thesignificance ofthe employment ofthe graduates ofthevocational and technical colleges。through theutilizationof the structurized analysis method,on the basis ofthewidespread investigation and researchofour employment work alsoassays thegoaland theprinciple of our college’semployment management svstem。Considering thatwe must have access toWeb visitand alsouse theloealresom'ces todo theemployment work independently。we have designed asynthesispattem oftheemployment information management system based on C/Sand B/ systemcan provide aperfect servicefordifferent nser groups,from various points ofview,such asthegraduates, theenterprises,theemployment management stnlcture,employment guidance center and in-depth analyzing indetail.
