摘要
本研究中,为了提高聚己内酯(PCL)对氧气及水蒸气的阻隔性,通过双螺杆
挤出机共混制备出 PCL 与聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)复合薄膜;以 PCL 为基材,分别添
加了茶多酚(TP)、壳聚糖(CS)、海藻糖、TiO2 四种抗菌剂制备抗菌性薄膜。
PCL/PPC 复合材料通过熔融共混技术成功制得,并对复合膜的热力学性能和阻
隔性能进行了研究。研究表明:PCL/PPC 复合材料比 PCL 表现出更好的氧气和水
蒸气阻隔性,复合材料在 PPC 或 PCL 含量较少时,两组分有一定的相容性。
PCL/TP、PCL/CS,PCL/海藻糖和 PCL/TiO2 复合材料通过熔融共混技术成功制
得,并且对复合膜的阻隔性能和抗菌性能深入研究。研究表明:加入茶多酚后,
PCL-TP 复合膜不仅显示出抗菌活性,还提高了 PCL 对氧气的阻隔性。PCL 复合材
料的断裂伸长率有所降低,杨氏模量随着抗菌剂的加入有所升高。

Preparation and Characterization of PCL/PPC Fresh-keeping Film
Abstract
In this study, In order to improve the oxygen and water vapor permeability, the
composite film of PCL with poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) was prepared via
twin-screw extrusion. In order to endow the antibacterial activity of PCL, the
antibacterial films were prepared with PCL as basic material and is added into Tea
polyphenol (TP), Chitosan (CS), Trehalose and TiO2.
The PCL/posite film had been essfully prepared by melt blending, and
its thermodynamic and barrier properties had been studied. The research shows that the
PCL/posite films display much better oxygen and water vapor barrier properties
than PCL, and ponents have patibility and in the case of PPC or PCL
content is low.
The PCL/TP, PCL/CS, PCL/trehalose, PCL/posite films had been
essfully prepared by melt blending, and its barrier and antimicrobial properties had
been studied deeply. It is showed that TP is not only endow PCL antimicrobial, but also
improve PCL film barrier property to oxygen. The elongation at break of posite
film is decreased, and Young’s modulus is increased with the increase of the content of
antibacterial agents.
