文档介绍：上海大学硕士学位论文摘要吸毒问题在我国的发展蔓延不仅造成了巨大的经济损失,而且带来了一系列社会问题,已经成为影响我国经济社会协调发展和构建社会主义和谐社会的一大隐患。目前,在我国吸毒人数中大约有70%以上是35岁以下的青少年, 青少年吸毒引发了很多问题,不仅给青少年个人,也给其家庭和社会带来了严重危害。因此,本文选择从预防的角度探讨预防和减少青少年吸毒行为发生的方法。首先,笔者从青少年吸毒问题的现状入手,揭示青少年吸毒的危害和特殊性。其次,指出了我国目前在青少年吸毒预防工作中的不足,提出了创新青少年禁毒教育工作的具体策略。最后,笔者针对青少年复吸预防工作面临的困境, 提出完善青少年戒毒体系的构想,同时对近年来出现的一些戒毒和预防吸毒的做法(美沙酮替代疗法、清洁针具交换和脑科手术戒毒)进行了评析,并提出了逐步完善的做法。希望这些对我国青少年吸毒的预防工作有所裨益。关键词:青少年吸毒禁毒教育重复吸毒 V 上海大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Indns economical losses aswell鹪a seriesofsocial problems are caused by thedevelopment ofdrug problem,which e ahidden danger of effecting thecoordinated development ofeconomy andsociety,and theforming ofa harmomc present,in China OVer 70%ofthe registered drug addicts arejuvenile thatareunder 35yearsold,whose question ofdrug abuse causes abuse does greatdamage notonly tothejuvenile themselves, but also totheirfamiliesand ischosen ∞the view ofpoint and the authortries tofindmeans by which we call fundamentally reduce andprevent thejuvenile drug abuse.
