POSITION:Personnel Officer-Employment

JOB SUMMARY:
Recruits employees with high qualification and cut down employee turnover in
accordance with the Human Resources Policies of the hotel. Follows up the full
and clear procedures of Personnel Movement.
DUIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Be responsible for the organization and arrangement of recruiting actions and ensure the recruiting to be proceeded smoothly.
Interviews and selects the applicant together with Assostant Personnel
Manager, recommends the right candidates to HODand HRM for further
interview.
Keeps a perfect and classified file for each post candidate for necessary.
4. Sorts out and replaces the candidates’file s each 3-month.
Keeps closely contact with the Hotel Vocational School to arrange trainees
for casual labor for the Hotel in the high season.
