超模函数与企业重组的系统分析

摘要: 重点探讨如何有效地进行企业重组, 认为企业重组的三部分——业务重组、财务重组和组织
α重组之间存在着较强的互补关系, 并应用基于格论、超模函数的数学模型分析了企业重组各要素之间
的匹配格是离散数学的一个分支, 超模函数对于函数的连续、可导性没有要求, 因此更接近企业管理
的实际问题

Abstract: Co rpo rate restructuring is effectively push ing Ch ina’s enterp rise refo rm fo r
w ard at p resent. Co rpo rate imp lem ents co rpo rate restructuring mo re and mo re, but due
to sho rt of theo ry, few enterp rises have go t ess. T h is paper exp lore how co rpo rate
restructuring can get ess. T he m ain standpo int of th is paper is that the elem ents of
co rpo rate restructuring——po rtfo lio, financial and o rganizational restructuring, are in
teractive p lem entary. T h is paper uses lattice theo ry and supermodular function
to analyze co rpo rate restructuring p rocess. L attice theo ry is a branch of m athem atics.
Supermodular has no strict restriction about continuity and derivability, so app roaches
the econom ic p roblem and reality better.
