文档介绍：毕业设计(论文) I 青岛理工大学琴岛学院毕业设计(论文) 专业计算机科学与技术专业班级专升本( 11-21 ) 学生姓名许永刚学号 20110371013 课题 JSP 宠物医院服务系统指导教师王世广 20 13年5月 30日 II 摘要随着人们生活水平不断的提高,越来越多的人开始饲养宠物,那么随之而来的就是宠物医院的兴起。另一方面,随着计算机技术的不断发展,计算机价格的不断下降,计算机技术在宠物医院宣传、医疗、管理等方面也得到了越来越广泛的应用。所以计算机化的宠物医院服务系统应运而生,成为现代化宠物医院运营过程中必不可少的基础设施。之前那种人工式的管理模式已满足不了现在社会的需求,为了对宠物医院实行信息化建设,充分利用当今社会科技发展的成果,如果开发出一套规范化的服务系统,就可以高效地提升宠物医院的服务和管理水平。本设计用 JSP 网站开发技术设计了一个 B/S 架构的宠物医院服务系统,以推进宠物医院宣传无纸化、过程电子化、管理智能化的发展。本文从理论和实践两个角度出发,对宠物医院服务系统进行分析与设计。整个系统采用 MVC 模式和 DAO 工厂模式开发完成,数据库使用 SQL Server2005 。本宠物医院服务系统主要功能分为两部分:客户部分和医院工作人员部分。客户部分的主要功能有:宠物医院相关信息的介绍,宠物就医信息的介绍,会员注册与留言功能等。医院工作人员部分的主要功能有:客户信息管理, 客户宠物信息管理,病情诊断管理, 收费管理,收配药管理,美容管理等。【关键词】宠物医院,信息管理,软件开发,分析与设计。 III Abstract Aspeople's living standards improve, more and more people began keeping pets, sopet hospital also will rise. Onthe other hand, with the continuous development puter technology, computer prices continue todecline, puter technology inthe pet hospital advocacy, health care, management and other aspects have also been more widely used. puterized pet hospital services system emerged asamodern pet hospital operator infrastructure essential tothe process. Before that artificial style management mode can not meet the current needs of munity, inorder toimplement the pet hospital information construction and make full use ofthe results ofscientific and technological development in today's society, ifwecan develop astandardized service system, wewill efficiently improve pets hospital services and management level.
