浅析企业人才培养

摘要
在知识经济的今天，企业人才已经成为企业持续、高速发展的关键因素之一, 是企业最宝贵的资源。当前，我国人力资源丰富，但人才资源匮乏，人才培养模式和制度比较陈旧。企业人才队伍的现状，无法满足企业发展的需要。如何培养和造就大批适合自身发展需求的人才，是企业发展的重中之重。本文从企业的角度出发，阐述了什么是企业人才、企业人才培养的现状以及企业人才培养中所存在的问题，探索企业人才培养制度和形式的完善，最后提出相关结论。

Analysis of Enterprise Talent Training
Abstract:
In this era of knowledge-based economy, enterprise talent has become one of the key factors for enterprise sustained and high-speed development, is the most precious resources of enterprise□ At present, our country is rich in human resources, but lack of talent resources, talent training mode and the system is old。The present situation of the enterprise talent team, Can't meet the needs of the development of enterprises o How to train and bring up large quantities of talents who suitable for development needs , is the key of the enterprise development o In this paper, from the perspective of enterprise, we expounded what is the enterprise talent, the situation of talent training and the problems in enterprise talent training, explored the improvement of the enterprise talent training system , finally put forward relevant conclusions.

企业人才，是指在企业中，具有较高专业知识和专业技能，能为企业带来较大贡献的人力资源。企业人才在企业的发展中发挥着巨大的作用，它是企业持续发展的重要保障，是企业不断创新的动力，是企业核心竞争力。企业人才培养，能为企业提供持续的人才供应，满足企业不断发展的人才需要。企业通过自身的人才培养模式，可以培养出适合自身发展需要的专门型人才，极大的推动了企业发展的速度。
