浅谈京沪高铁线路工程在项目管理方面的特点与创新
摘要：京沪高速铁路是我国重大战略性交通工程，是我国投资规模最大的建设项 目，也是一次建成线路最长、标准最高的高速铁路。工程建设意义和影响都是极 其深远的，是一个时代的象征。京沪高速铁路的建设目标在于如何将这项工程打 造为世界一流，如何落到实际当中，就需要充分运用高标准、最先进的管理思想 和方法，以标准化管理为手段，全面落实质量、安全、工期、成本、创新、环保 “六位一体”的管理要求，促进我国乃至世界铁路建设管理水平的提升，追求精 品工程和安全工程的总体目标。本文主要对京沪高速铁路在线路建设和管理中的 一些特点和创新进行分析和探讨，为我国类似工程的建设和管理提供一定的参考 价值和启示。

Abstract： The Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is a major national strategic transport project with the huge investment, which is also the longest line with the highest technical standards in the world. Construction significance is extremely far-reaching, which is a symbol of the era. In the process of construction, it fully implements standardization management ideas and methods and thoroughly making sure of "six in one99 management requirements including quality, safety, schedule, cost, environmental protection, technology innovation. All the targets of the world first class standards are fulfilled by using the standardization as a mean.
