摘要
晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀破坏断裂是不锈钢被腐蚀破坏的两种最主要的形式,随着现 代工业的发展,不锈钢材料在现代工业中的应用越来越广泛,对不锈钢材料的性能要 求越来越高,如何提高不锈钢材料的性能,如何减少不锈钢材材料再应用过程中材料 的失效,如何减少事故的发生,这都提出了新的要求。本文针对316和304不锈钢进 行晶间腐蚀试验和应力腐蚀破裂试验,来探究不锈钢晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀的机理。

Study on the Intergranular Corrosion of Stainless Steel
ABSTRACT
the intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion damage fracture is stainless steel corrosion damage of two kinds of forms, with the development of modern industry, stainless steel materials in the application of modern industry is more and more extensive, stainless steel materials to the performance requirements of more and more high, how to improve the performance of the stainless steel material, how to reduce the stainless steel material again in the process of applying the failure of the materials, how to reduce accident, it put forward the new requirements. This article in view of the austenitic stainless steel for intergranular corrosion test and stress corrosion cracking test, a study by the stainless steel stainless steel corrosion and stress corrosion mechanism. As to find out the reasonable effective preventive measures.
