【摘 要】当前，城市用地空间日趋缩小，项目周边环境越来越复杂，建筑用地空间不断深挖，内支撑、逆作法等支护形式出现的频率越来越高。应对项目周边复杂环境的支护形式，成为人们一直研究的课题。同时，在当前建筑用地空间日益紧张的情况下，对地处周边环境复杂的项目来说，支护形式的科学合理性要求不断提高，对周边既有建筑物及管线的保护成为了施工的重点。探讨如何保护项目周边的既有建筑物及管线，总结出科學合理的施工技术，已刻不容缓。
【Abstract】At present， the urban land space is shrinking day by day， the surrounding environment of the project is becoming more and more complex， the space for building land is digging deeply， and the emergence frequency of support forms such as internal support and reverse method is becoming higher and higher. The support form to cope with the complex environment around the project has become a topic that people have been studying. At the same time， under the current situation of increasingly tight space for building land， for the project with complex surrounding environment， the scientificity and rationality requirements of support form are constantly improved， and the protection of existing buildings and pipelines around the site has become the key point of construction. It is urgent to discuss how to protect the existing buildings and pipelines around the project and summarize the scientific and reasonable construction technology.

1 基坑周边既有建筑物及管线保护的重要性
基坑支护是一个系统工程，不仅要保证支护结构和周围环境的安全，同时，还要考虑土方开挖、地下结构施工的便利性和经济性，以及业主方对工程开发建设周期的要求，应根据工程特点以及工程地质与水文地质条件、周边环境保护要求，结合不同支护形式的特点以及工程造价和工期等方面综合考虑，在保证基坑及周边环境安全的前提下，使工程造价控制在合理范围以内。
随着城市的不断发展，老城区拆旧改工程项目将会越来越多，工程项目基坑周边管线繁多，排污管道老旧，地下管线埋深不明，采用普通的支护桩加锚索形式作为基坑围护结构，锚索施工时很容易将管线破坏，老旧管道渗水很容易造成护壁垮塌，进行管线迁移成本较高，且工期时间长。要想在保证基坑及周边环境安全的前提下，使工程造价控制在合理范围，在施工过程中对项目基坑周边既有建筑物及管线的保护是至关重要的。
