[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo combined with simvastatin in the treatment of fatty liver (non-alcoholic) patients. Methods Convenient selection of 126 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver treated in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simvastatin and the observation group Tongxinluo combined with simvastatin treatment was given to compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients. Results From the analysis of treatment efficiency, the total effective rate of the observation group (%) was higher than that of the control group (%) (χ2=,P=); from the analysis of adverse reaction rate, the adverse reaction rate of the observation group during treatment (%), significantly lower than the control group (%); blood lipid index results showed that the levels of TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group before treatment were not statistically significantly different from the control group(P>), the level of LDL-C was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment, while the levels of TG, TC, HDL-C were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<).
