文档介绍：西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安大唐不夜城空间模式与运行状况调查专业:建筑与土木工程硕士生:程瑞指导教师:李昊副教授摘要近几年全国范围内建设了大量的商业街区,商业街已成为大中城市最具经济活力的区域。大唐不夜城是西安最典型最成系统的大型商业街区。大唐不夜城是以历史文化为依托,将旅游资源和文化产品融为一体,凭借独特的商业模式,向市民和中外游客提供多方位、多层次的文化消费市场的国际性文化MALL。调查报告从城市设计的视角出发,对大唐不夜城进行使用后评价研究,秉持对人性的尊重,以当代城市设计的语境为起点,不单纯以创造出一种物化的空间形态为研究目标,还为促进人们彼此间的交流创造出的环境,从多方面向人文精神致敬。本文抽象出当代城市设计的核心理念,依次从“物质功能”、“空间模式”、“文化体验”三个方面来构建使用评价指标体系,通过交通状况、商业功能业态、配套设施、建筑外观、空间布局、景观环境以及文化主题性和人性化等评价因子对使用者进行满意度调查,并对调查数据进行分析整理。本调查报告通过对大唐不夜城空间形态、空间结构、功能布局、空间环境和使用者满意度评价等方面情况的调查,总结大唐不夜城商业街区空间模式及运行状况,并对大唐不夜城商业街区的交通设施、功能布局、配套设施三方面提出建议及改善对策,为今后提升商业街的竞争力具有借鉴指导意义。关键词:空间模式;功能布局;商业街区;运行状况;大唐不夜城西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 The Survey OfXi'an Great Tang All Day Mall’s SpatialPattern and Operational Condition Specialty: Building and Civil Engineering Candinator: Cheng Rui Adviser: Hao Abstract With the development of culture mercial blocks in large city, the situation of mercial blocks has greatly changed. In China, quite a few culture and commercial blocks have e the industry gathering place and significant centers of consumption. Nowadays, the culture mercial blocks plays an important role in leading the trend of consumption and improving prehensive service functions. Xi'an, Because of its rich cultural heritage, the culture of mercial district developed rapidly. Qin, Han and Tang variety of cultural and commercial projects abound. This leads to a question worth considering -this rapid development of cultural mercial projects is a problem, whether there is loss of function, is accepted by the people, the situation of cultural mercial projects in their own development.
