What Is anization?
人们有意识地形成的各种职务或职位的系统(林志扬,2004)。

A deliberate arrangement of people to plish some specific purpose (that individuals independently could not plish alone)1>.

组织目标
目标类型(根据划分标准确定)
目标原则:所谓管理的目标原则,可以表述为:“任何管理过程,都必须始于目标”。就是说,管理者从事任何的管理活动,都必须从明确和确定目标开始。
目标——手段链:组织目标通过分解所形成的目标体系在组织中形成了一个目标—手段链。这个目标—手段链的形成为组织纵向地和横向地划分组织的工作提供了根据。目标—手段链的形成过程实际上也是组织目标的分解和组织目标体系的形成过程。
组织目标的管理:(1)制定平衡的目标;(2)调动积极性来实现组织目标;(2)控制目标实现过程。
