摘要
师生关系(teacher-student relation),是指教师和学生在教育过程中结成的相互关系,包
括彼此所处的地位、作用和相互对待的态度等。师生关系就微观而言,主要指师生之间在
教育过程中所发生的直接交往和联系。包括为完成教育任务而发生的工作关系;以满足交
往而形成的人际关系;以组织结构形式表现的组织关系;以情感、认识等交往为表现形式
的心理关系。
本文基于对师生关系本质以及其各个层面的关系的研究现状,通过对全国四所高等
体育院校武汉体育学院,上海体育学院,沈阳体育学院,山东体育学院运动训练专业以
及体育教育专业学生进行的问卷调查,本文主要通过文献资料法、问卷调查法对全国 4
所体育院校运动训练专业与体育教育专业篮球专选组学生进行调查,采用专家访谈法对
专家进行访谈,分析师生关系在教育教学活动过程中,不同专业师生间在教学关系,心
理关系,人际关系几个层面的特征与影响,对运动训练与体育教育专业学生多方面差异
进行对比与分析,主要从运动训练专业与体育教育专业学生的主体取向,教师的角色定
位,师生人际关系类型的倾向性, 师生间的交互作用,学生的学习态度等几个方面进行
分析,并依据其差异性指出师生关系在教学过程中对运动训练与体育教育专业学生教育
方式的差,力图通过分析师生关系的作用的进行如何在针对不同专业学生特点差异而作
的相应的调整,提高教育教学效果。本文得出的结论是:

Abstract
Teacher-student relationship is a teacher and students in the education process to form a
mutual relationship, including each other's status, role and attitude towards each other.
Teacher-student relationship on the micro level, primarily between students and teachers in
the education process that occurred in direct contact and links. Including the mandate for the
completion of education, work place relations; to meet munication and the formation
of relationships; in the form anizational structure relationship; to emotion, awareness
manifested in the form of psychological interaction relationship.
Based on the nature of the teacher-student relationship and the relationship between its
various levels of status, through the National 4 Sports College, Wuhan Institute of Physical
Education, Shanghai Sports Institute, Shenyang Institute of Physical Education, Shandong
Institute of Physical Education and Sports Training Physical Education students questionnaire
survey, this article mainly through literature, questionnaire on the National 4 Sports Training
and Physical Education Professional Basketball group of stu
