文档介绍:西安电子科技大学硕士学位论文高速大容量固态存储系统设计姓名:吴昊申请学位级别:硕士专业:信号与信息处理指导教师:邢孟道 20100101 摘要摘要随着科技的飞速发展,逐渐成熟的雷达成像系统需要获取更多的目标信息, 进而更加精确地确定目标的位置、形状、运动状态等各种参数。为了获得更为准确的目标信息和更高的图像分辨率,需要较快的数据采样率和较宽的数据带宽, 这就要求采用高速的存储系统来实时记录海量的数据。高速、大容量、高密度、低功耗、低成本的现代信息存储系统是高速数据采集和其它应用中非常关键的部件之一,它主要包括数据的存取以及对存储器的控制和管理。本文介绍了所设计的高速大容量固态存储系统的组成机制和实现方案。系统采用固态存储芯片FLASH(闪存)为存储介质,FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)为存储阵列的核心控制器,针对外部高速大容量数据的输入,引入了并行操作、多级流水和FLASH的坏块管理,并通过校验和纠错技术,切实提高了对高速实时数据存储的可靠性。同时,讲述了主机通过USB和CPCI接口与存储卡之间通信的方法以及软件的设计方案,给出了电路设计的要点,最后对本设计进行了总结和展望。关键词:FPGA FLASH固态存储高速CPCI USB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With therapiddevelopment ofscience and technology,gradually matured radar imaging system needs toobtain more information,SO as urately determine the position,shape,motion and otherparameters oftheobject。In order toobtain amore accurate targetinformation and higher image resolution,we need high-speed storage system inreal-time recording ofdata toget fasterdatasampling rateand wider data —speed,large capacity,hi曲-density,low power and low costmodem information storage system is one important part ofhigh-speed dataacquisition and other applications,which mainly include data accessment and memory control and management. The scheme ofsystem and themechanism ofthedesigned storage board forhigh speed and largecapacity are introduced uses FLASH asstorage medium andFPGA astheprocessor externalhighspeed datainput,the pipeline technique and theredundancy check method are ,the invalid blocks ofFLASH chips have been masked uses parity check and error correction technology toeffectively improve thereliability data method munication between PC hostand storage board through USB and CPCI interfaces itgives the function of software and several key points itsummarizes thewhole system characteristicandanalyze theapproaches forfutureimprovement.
