论文摘要

酒吧是现今消费场所的重要建筑形式之一,同时也是上海休闲娱乐业
的代表。上海酒吧是对传统文化继承和中外文化交融的典型,因此,它既
有地域特色,又具有全球性。本文系统地研究上海酒吧,旨在了解上海的
建筑文化以及休闲建筑的现代创作。从国际环境、社会文化环境出发进行
建筑原理及其生成机制的研究,揭酒吧建筑的深层文化内涵。
本文首先通过解读上海各阶段的历史背景,对酒吧的产生及发展脉络
进行阐述,列举不同时期的酒吧建筑实例,来将其建筑空间及形态的演变
进行梳理和总结。其中运用了整合的手法,将历史学、社会学、文化学等
人文社会科学与建筑学的研究方法相结合。
其次,对上海酒吧的现状,将实地考察的结果,从不同角度进行理论
上的分类与总结,从存在方式到外部环境,从动态的社会文化研究到静态
的建筑形态分析,多角度、多层面地对上海酒吧这一研究客体进行整体上
的把握,以启发对这种建筑类型的深刻理解。
最后,对现有酒吧进行空间上的认知和建筑风格上的定位。内部空间
上是以具体空间要素与环境构成为研究对象;建筑风格则以时间与空间作
为主轴线,来对其不同风格与形态进行分类,从而了解上海酒吧建筑设计
的内在规律性。本文的研究建立在对大量上海酒吧实地调研的基础上,在
论文的写作过程中,将感性认知转化为理性分析,从而对今后酒吧建筑的
设计发展提,供最基础而客观真实的理论资料。

摘要

ABSTRACT

The bar the society expends one of now place important construction forms,
simultaneously also is Shanghai leisure entertainment industry representative.
Shanghai’s bar is a model which blends to the traditional culture inheritance
and the Chinese and foreign culture, therefore, it both has the region
characteristic, and has the global character. This article studies the Shanghai
bar systematically, is for the purpose of understanding Shanghai's construction
culture as well as the leisure construction modern creation. From the
international environment, the social culture environment embarks carries on
the architectonics and the production mechanism research, promulgates the bar
construction in-depth culture connotation.
This article first through unscrambles the Shanghai various stages the
historical perspective, carries on the elaboration to the bar production and
the development vein, enumerates the different time the bar construction
example, comes carries on its construction space and the shape bs
with the summary. Has utilized the conformity technique, humanities social
sciences and the architecture and so on the history, sociology, cultural science
research technique unifies.
