近亲属回避制度
为杜绝以权谋私或以职谋私行为的发生，依据党风廉政建设的有关规定，特制订制度如下：
一、近亲属关系
1、直系亲属关系：即夫妻关系、本人的父母及子女。
2、近姻亲关系。包括配偶的父母、配偶的兄弟姐妹以及他们的配偶等。
3、三代以内旁系亲属及其配偶关系。包括兄弟姐妹、堂兄弟姐妹、表兄弟姐妹、叔、伯、姑、舅、姨、侄子女、外甥子女以及他们的配偶。
二、适用对象
本制度适用于邻水联社所有在职正式员工。
三、回避范围
（一）岗位回避制：
1、联社本部员工的亲属不得在联社同一部门工作。
2、各网点的员工与亲属不得在同一网点工作。
（二）工作回避制：
1、联社各项物品采购上不得与本公司员工及亲属进行交易。
2、联社高管的亲属不得参与装修等工程招投标、工程建设项目。
3、在讨论干部任免、员工奖惩时，被讨论任免、奖惩对象的亲属应回避。
