情绪调节自我效能感是当今国内外情绪调节研究中的一个新领域,它是指个
对自己能否有效地调节自身情绪状态的一种自信心程度,其本质是个体在对自己
的情绪调节能力进行主观评价的基础上形成的一种自信感。已有的研究表明,情
绪对个体行为和健康的影响是受情绪调节自我效能感作用的,情绪调节自我效能
感可以使个体有效的应对压力、提升人际关系的质量从而提高主观幸福感,同时
它还对害羞、抑郁、亲社会行为与不良行为等发挥着重要的调节作用。然而,纵
观国内外的研究,目前有关情绪调节自我效能感的研究还存在很多不足,如:测
量的内容有限,对于情绪调节自我效能感的影响因素方面,还未曾做详细的考察,
至于干预方面的研究更是鲜见。
本研究旨在考察李晓云学者编制的情绪调节自我效能感量表对我国初中生
群体的适用性,并通过问卷调查了解初中生情绪调节自我效能感的现状及特点,
之后对提升情绪调节自我效能水平的方法进行尝试性研究。研究结果表明:
(1)李晓云学者编制的情绪调节自我效能感量表由表达喜悦等积极情绪的效
能感(POS)、管理愤怒等情绪的效能感(ANG)、调节悲伤等情绪的效能感(DES)
和调节恐惧等情绪的效能感(FEA)四个维度构成,具有较高的信度和结构效度,
适合采用该工具对我国初中生群体进行研究;
(2)情绪调节自我效能感量表在我国初中生群体的运用表明,情绪调节自我
效能感存在一定个体差异,就整体而言,存在显著性的性别差异、年级差异和城
乡差异,但对于独生子女来说,其情绪调节自我效能感水平并不比非独生子女高;
(3)本研究所设计的干预方案对初二年级学生的情绪调节自我效能水平来说
有一定的积极效果,通过班级心理辅导活动课对学生进行有针对性的训练,学生
的情绪调节自我效能感是可以提高的。

Abstract
The regulatory emotional self efficacy is a new field in the study of emotion
regulation at home and broad, it refers to a person’s self-confidence degree whether he
can effectively regulate his own emotional state, the essence of it is that the individual
form a sence of confidence on the basis of subjective evaluation. Previous studies
have show that emotion impacts on individual behavior and health, but the regulatory
emotional self-efficacy plays a mediating role, the regulatory emotional self-efficacy
can make individual effectively cope with stress, improve the quality of interpersonal
relationship so as to improve the quality of subjective well-being, at the same time it
also plays an important role in shy, depression,prosocial behavior and bad behavior
and so on. Throughout the domestic and foreign research, however, the current studies
of the regulatory emotional self-efficacy have many deficiencies, such as: the content
of measurement is limited, have not a detailed research about the influence factors of
the regulatory emotional self-efficacy, as for the
