科普先进单位事迹材料
《新知讯报》创刊于2005年8月18日，由宁夏日报报业集团主管主办，每周二出版，面向全国公开发行。其前身是具有40多年历史的《宁夏科技报》，以服务“三农”，致力宣传党的农村政策，普及农业科技知识，树立科学文明新风，帮助农民致富为办报宗旨，是宁夏回族自治区唯一服务“三农”的农业科技类报纸。发行覆盖宁夏全区及毗邻省区的部分农村地区。
创刊之初的《新知讯报》，在设置新闻版块传递宁夏“三农”领域重要新闻资讯的同时，设置了“致富信息”、“种植”、“养殖”、“农资农机”、“科学生活”等版面，重点向农民群众和农村读者宣传科技致富、科学生活的资讯信息和理念。同时，不断调整更新版面内容，丰富栏目设置，分别与自治区科技厅、自治区科协、自治区文化厅、自治区气象局等单位及大北农等农业科技企业合作，设置了“科普专刊”、“反邪教”、“科技致富”、“本土文化” 、“大北农科技”等专刊、版面、栏目等，针对不同的读者群体、社会经济时事、生产生活问题开展科技文化知识宣传普及教育。
为适应新形势下农业科技类报刊读者的新需求，扩大广大读者、尤其是农村读者的科学视野，《新知讯报》不断对版面设置进行了深入的分析和研究，结合当前国家农村政策、有关涉农部门工作重点以及农村的社会生产特点，进行革新。在保证新闻版块和农业科技服务板块的前提下，增加或整合推出了
