Dear sir or Madam,
My name is Tom, I’m a customer of your supermarket. I’m writing plain what I met in your supermarket yesterday.
Yesterday, I decided to purchase some foods for my family. I drove to your supermarket because it was relatively close to my house. At first, everything was ok. But when I went to toilet, accident happened. The floor was wet, I thought it was cleaned just moment, and then I slipped down, although I was carefully very much. Both of my left knee and right elbow were broken, also my cloth was tore, and my class was broken.
As your honest customer, I should ray something to you who are manger of supermarket. You should do something to prevent similar accidents happen again. You should supervise your staff very carefully, every time when the toilet was cleaned up, you should ask them to put a warning pad to avoid customers slip down.
