二、布局新产业，全力打造泸州生态卫星城镇
加快集镇建设，打造卫星城镇，这是加快镇域经济发展的载体，镇域经济的支撑靠什么？需要长期坚持不懈地抓什么？产业。结合龙车实际，预测龙车未来，谋划龙车科学发展，我认为要全力以赴、十年不变的抓四大产业。
（一）、休闲生态旅游业充实泸州城。人是矛盾的统一体。长年生活在繁华的城市短期就想休闲在田园的农村，平时工作在紧张的都市周末就想生活在清闲的郊区，年青居住在喧闹的城市晚年就想享受在宁静的自然……提供城市旅游是城市建设需要配套的一项重要功能，城市旅游业是城市经济的一项重要产业。调查分析表明，近些年来，城市旅游消费者不管是作为出游者还是人游者，具有很强的差异分布性。具体表现为：在时间的选择上，强调节假日与双休日旅游，有较强的季节性和淡旺季节性的特点；在空间上，他会因为要求方便、就近的原则，而尽可能地选择附近城市或本市旅游；对于城市居民来说，其旅游需求正逐渐趋向于对乡村旅游的偏好。据清代
