(3) 设计中要正确处理参考已有资料与创新的关系。任何设计都不能凭空想象出来，利用已有资料可以避免许多重复工作，加快设计进程，同时也是提高设计质量的保证。另外任何新的设计任务又总有其特定的设计要求和具体工作条件，因而不能盲目地抄袭资料，必须具体分析，创造性地设计。
