2007年度学校工作总结
一年来，在上级主管部门的正确领导下，在上海电大的指导、关心下，党政密切配合，紧紧团结和依靠全体教职员工，坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，牢固树立和落实科学发展观，内求质量、外树形象、务实进取，励精图治，较好地完成了各项工作任务。2007年4月被县人民政府命名为05—06年度县级文明单位，07年2月荣获上海电大“开拓创新奖”、“品牌建设奖”，近期又被中央电大评为优秀考点。
一、一年来的主要工作和成绩
1、积极推进教学综合改革，巩固和扩大人才培养模式改革和开放式教育试点成果。
今年是市电大深化教学综合改革的攻坚年，市电大在专业开拓、课程与专业改造、教学资源整合和建设、教学过程与教学质量提高以及考试改革等许多方面和环节实行有深度的改革措施。我们首先统一了思想，进一步提高了认识，采取了切实措施与市电大同步，配合市电大的综合改革措施落到实处，取得实效。根据我校实际，具体有：（1）适应崇明三岛经济社会发展需求，调整了专业设置，开设了新专业，打造品牌专业，努力推进学历教育与非学历教育沟通。（2）继续推进“3L”教学模式的探索与实践，重点推进了网上互动与网上资源建设，上半年就网上教学资源的建设，学校提出了新的要求。按照学校的布置，教研室和教务处积极配合，就资源建设过程的整体情况进行了多次分阶段的检查，对在数量和质量上不符合要求的课程及时与各任课教师联系，督促其丰富和完善，从而保证了资源建设与教学的同步。一年来，

各任课教师，在整合市电大和中央电大资源的基础上，都在分校版网上课堂上建立起了自己的助学资源库，虽质量上有待进一步提高，但较以往有了改观，支助了学生的网上自主学****此外，各任课教师基本能按照期初的互动计划开展实时和非实时的助学活动。
