湖南省高等学校教师系列高级专业
技术职务评审实施细则
（试 行）
根据中央职称改革工作领导小组关于转发国家教育委员会《高等学校教师职务试行条例》（职改字〔1986〕第11号）精神，结合我省高校实际，特制定《湖南省高等学校教师系列高级专业技术职务评审实施细则（试行）》（以下简称《细则》）。
一、适用对象
本《细则》适用于我省普通高等学校、***高等学校中已经具备高等学校教师资格且从事高等教育教学工作1年以上，申报教授、副教授（含高级实验师，下同）职务的专业技术（含“双肩挑”）人员。其中申报学生思想政治教育（高等教育管理）专业的对象应是：在高等学校校、院（系）和班级从事学生思想政治教育、毕业生就业指导的实际工作，并承担马克思主义理论或形势政策教育、法律基础、思想品德教育等政治教育方面课程或毕业生就业指导、心理健康教育课程教学的专职人员。
二、评审方式
高等学校教师（含实验技术）系列高级职务评审，采取学校考评推荐、省高等学校教师（含实验技术）系列高级职务评审委员会评审的方式进行。
三、评审条件
（一）基本条件
基本条件分为合格、不合格两个档次。基本条件中各项指标均达到要求者，定为合格，其中一项以上（含一项）指标达不到要求者，定为不合格。
