本文探讨了如何利用软件风险评估与控制理论和模糊数学的相
关理论对软件项目风险进行评估,来确定软件项目中的风险因素,并
针对这些可能发生的风险因素提出软件项目风险控制的有效策略。最
后对大连泰富数码科技有限公司呼叫中心系统管理平台项目进行风
险评估和风险控制的实例分析及对策研究。论证了基于模糊数学的软
件项目风险评估方法及相应的软件项目风险控制策略为软件项目风
险管理提供了更符合实际、更有效的解决问题的方法,从而增加软件
项目成功的机会。

Abstract
This article discusses how to make use of theories of assessment
and control to the software project risk and the related theories of fuzzy
mathematics to carry on assessment to the software project risk, to
make sure risk factors of the software project, and puts forward the
valid strategy to the risk control of the software project by aiming at
the potential risk factors. Finally, the example that Call Center System
Management Platform of DLCP is carried on risk assessment and
control is regarded as the example analysis and the countermeasure
research. The assessment to the software project risk based on fuzzy
mathematics and the control strategy to the software project risk in
view of the assessment result are according with more actual and
effective to solve the problem, consequently increasing the successful
opportunity to the software project.
