【摘要】在社会主义市场经济体制中，建筑活动主要是通过建筑市场实现的 , 其中建筑工程合同是维系市场运转的载体。建设工程合同是承发包双方为实现建设工程目标，明确相互责任、权利、义务关系的协议，是承包人进行工程建设并获取合理利润的源泉，同样也是发包人支付价款，控制工程项目质量、进度、投资，进而保证工程建设活动顺利进行的重要法律文件。加强合同管理是保证承发包人全面履行合同约定的义务，是确保实现建设目标（质量、投资、工期）的重要手段。
本论文对建设工程合同管理等概念进行了解释，就目前我国建设工程合同管理的现状，列举出了存在的主要问题。阐述了加强建设工程合同管理的意义、地位及作用，根据目前我国建设工程合同管理存在的主要问题，提出了相应的决绝措施。最后，简要提出做好合同管理工作应注意的几个方面。
