全自动土豆去皮清洗切片机的设计
摘要
本文主要研究对土豆去皮、清洗、切片功能整合于一起的创新设计,即全自动土豆去皮清洗切片设备,并且适用于家庭使用。首先是分析设计背景,了解目前研究现状的优缺点,通过研究分析,确定一种最合理的传动系统方案以实现既定的功能要求。再结合相关理论知识,对各构件的主要参数与结构尺寸进行详细设计。整个系统机构设计简单小巧,结构精妙,性能稳定,完全颠覆了传统的水果设备单一的功能,装配复杂,效果不佳的工作模式。实现多功能。
本设计的主要内容包括整机方案确定,基于工程原理,对对土豆去皮、清洗、切片创新设计,采用不锈钢针固定的原理,将土豆与机器相连,方便使用,最后再进行制图与建模:使用AutoCAD,Soliworks来进行设计后的制图以及三维建模

Abstract
This paper mainly studies the innovative design that integrates the functions of potato peeling, cleaning and slicing together, namely the automatic potato peeling and slicing equipment, and is suitable for household use. The first is to analyze the design background, understand the advantages and disadvantages of the current research status, and determine the most reasonable transmission system scheme to achieve the established functional requirements through research and analysis. Combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, the main parameters and structural dimensions of each component are designed in detail. The design of the whole system is simple, small, delicate, and stable, which completely subverts the single function of the traditional fruit equipment and the working mode with complex assembly and poor effect. Realize multiple functions.
The main content of this design includes the determination of the whole machine scheme, the innovative design of peeling, cleaning and slicing of potatoes based on the engineering principle, and the principle of stainless steel needle fixation. The potato is connected to the machine for easy use. At last, the drawing and modeling are carried out again: drawing and modeling after design and three-dimensional modeling are conducted using AutoCAD and Soliworks
