社区文化作为社会主义文化事业的基础，是中国先进文化建设的重要方面，是推进先进
生产力发展的重要因素，也是实现最广大人民群众根本利益的重要方面 。社区文化建设水平
的高低，质量的好坏，是衡量一个国家一个民族文化教育素质高低的重要标志。新时期我国
的社区文化建设尽管已取得了明显的成绩和一定的经验，但存在的问题也很突出，总体来看，
社区文化建设还处在初始阶段，虽然大多数社区围绕社区文化建设建立了相应的机构或配备
了负责人，在原有村居或居民小区文化设施的基础上，投资配备了一批文化体育娱乐设施，
并结合庆祝节日或全民健身活动开展了一定范围的群众文化生活，但充其量，只能算是初步
建立了社区文化建设的载体。无法发挥社区文化应有的凝聚人心、强化认同感和归属感的作
用。本文通过研究深圳市桃源居社区文化建设的优秀案例，总结了我国社区文化建设的成败
得失，为我国社区文化的建设提供了有益的经验。
本文第一章写问题提出的背景及意义；第二章是相关文献综述；第三章主要写我国社区
文化建设所取得的成绩及存在的问题；第四章是本文的核心部分，提出了加强我国社区文化
建设的具体对策。

ABSTRACT
As the foundation of socialist culture, community culture is an important aspect of the
construction of advanced culture, is a key factor to promote the development of advanced
productive forces, and is also an important aspect to realize the fundamental interests of masses of
people. The level and quality of community cultural development are the important symbol to
measure the level of culture quality educational of a country or a nation. Although we have made
some significant achievements and also have got some experience in the construction of community
culture in the new period, the problems are also prominent. On the whole, community cultural
development is still in the initial stage, and most of the communities have built the appropriate
agency or equipped with responsible person around the construction the community culture,
invested and equipped with a number of sports and entertainment facilities on the base of the
original cultural facilities in the residential area and communities, and carried out a range of mass
cultural activities combining with the activities of festivals celebrating or bodybuilding, but at best,
that only can be regarded as the initial establishment of the carrier of community cultural
construction, and can not play a due effect of cohesion and strengthening the sense of identity and
