摘要
当前,我国正在进入全面快速发展农业现代化的历史时期,对农业技术人才的需求
与日俱增,而高职院校农科专业则承担着培养高级农业技术应用型人才的重任。如何克
服农科专业发展中存在的问题,适应农业现代化发展对农业专业人才的需求,将是我国
高职院校农科专业亟待解决的重要课题。
本论文以我国农业现代化的发展进程,辅之以我国高职教育专业发展概况作为研究
背景,从重点政策、专业布局、专业结构、专业规模、专业外延以及专业与产业的协调
度六个维度,并结合阳光高考平台和国家统计年鉴所提供的数据,做了以下研究:
首先,对高职院校农科专业的发展现状进行了系统地梳理和理性地分析,指出当前
高职院校农科专业发展中存在的问题,主要有:相关政策不够完善,地区招生人数不均
衡,专业点数与招生数不足,专业点均招生不合理等。
然后,多角度分层次地深入剖析了当前我国高职院校农科专业在农业现代化发展中
出现诸多问题的根源:根本原因为农业现代化是当前现代化发展的一块短板;主观原因
是农科专业自身的原因,包括先天的弱势即在专业选择中不占优势,和后天发展的不足
即在专业设置中人云亦云;客观原因为部分省区院校农科专业的发展缺陷,有专业与农
业发展水平的不协调,以及农科专业教师教研水平不高等。
在上述研究的基础上,从政府和学校两个层面提出了农业现代化进程中优化发展高
职院校农科专业的对策建议。
最后,总结了本论文的主要研究结论、研究贡献,并提出了后续研究空间。

ABSTRACT
At present, our country is in the period of agricultural modernization’s rapid and
comprehensive development, more and more agricultural technology talented persons are
needed in this period, and the higher vocational colleges’ agricultural profession has the
responsibility to train the applied agricultural technology talented persons. So the important
topic of the higher vocational colleges in our country, which needs to be solved urgently, is
how to e the problems which exist in the development of agricultural profession, and
adapt to the demand of agricultural professional talen
