[中文摘要]

现阶段，为实现中国特色社会主义现代化的战略目标，对我国大学生的思想政治素
质提出了更高的要求。对大学生的思想政治素质进行评价，既是高校培养出能够承担起
全面建设小康社会，实现中华民族伟大复兴历史重任的德才兼备的合格人才的需要，又
是高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容。传统的高校思想政治素质评价体系所存在的评价
内容残缺、评价主体单一、评价原则不全面等问题日渐明显。因此，分析高校大学生思
想政治素质评价体系的现状，找出大学生思想政治素质评价体系中存在的问题，研究完
善能够适应新时期人才培养需要的、现代化的思想政治素质评价体系，对于更科学、合
理地评价大学生思想政治素质，促进高校思想政治教育工作顺利进行，具有重大而深远
的意义。本文主要由三部分构成：
