文档介绍：河北工业大学硕士学位论文 i 区域生态产业链规划研究摘要随着全球性生态环境问题的加剧,协调人类活动与自然环境的关系,寻求社会经济的可持续发展,已成为当今社会所关注的一个重要课题。区域生态产业链规划是实现可持续发展的一个重要途径,它以工业生态学为基础,通过模仿自然生态系统中生物链的机理, 建立产业之间的“上下游”关系,一个生产活动的“副产品”成为另一个生产活动的原材料,使整个产业体系转变成各种资源(能源、水和原材料)循环流动的闭环系统,在提高经济效益的前提下保护生态环境。 本文采用实证研究与规范研究、定量分析与定性分析相结合的研究方法对区域生态产业链的规划进行了系统研究。论文在理论研究和实地调研的基础上,针对生态产业链研究的薄弱环节,分别从区域生态产业链规划设计、区域生态产业链的管理模式和治理机制、区域生态产业链的评价等方面进行了研究,并注意到了各方面研究的衔接和关联。 论文首先对区域生态产业链规划的相关理论进行了综述和分析。根据区域生态产业链的构建原理,论文模仿自然生态系统中生产者,消费者和分解者的关系对区域生态产业链的概念进行了界定,描述了区域生态产业链的结构模型,并在对其特性分析的基础上,结合相关示例提出了区域生态产业链规划设计的内容和方法步骤;为了更好的维护区域生态产业链的稳定运行,论文进一步界定了区域生态产业链稳定性的概念,并对其稳定性的影响因素进行了分析,论证了其管理调控的必要性,进而设计了区域生态产业链的管理模式与治理机制;在以上研究的基础上,论文构建了区域生态产业链规划的评价指标体系和综合评价模型,并介绍了相应的计算、评价方法和评价的标度,以期通过对区域生态产业链规划发展评价分析,推动其进一步完善与发展。 论文最后以唐山曹妃甸工业区和唐山市区为例,根据其产业发展现状与区域的发展特点,运用文中所介绍的相关理论,规划设计了区域生态产业链,并提出了唐山市区域生态产业链规划管理的对策和建议,以期为唐山市区域生态产业链的规划发展提供借鉴。 关键词: 区域生态产业链,工业生态学,循环经济,工业共生网络,评价指标体系区域生态产业链规划研究 ii STUDY ON PLANNING OF REGIONAL ECO -INDUSTRIAL CHAINS ABSTRACT With the global problem of worsening ecolo gical environment, C oordinating relations between natural environment and Human activitie s, and searching for sustainable development of economic and social, has e an im portant topic in toda y's society. Regional eco-industrial chain planning is an important way of realizing sustainable development. Based on industrial ecology, it establishs industries "downstream" by imitating natural ecosystems biological chain mechanism. Under this patter n, "by-product" of one produces process maybe the raw material of another process. So that the resources (energy, wate r and raw material) of the entire industrial system co mes to be a closed–loop circle.
