尺度测量是人类认识和改造世界的基本手段之一,是现代化生产中产品
质量控制的一个关键技术。用逆向工程的方法对物体进行三维尺度测量,具
有其他方法所不具备的优点,它的主要思想是将待测物体的表面形状信息转
换成离散的点坐标数据,将被测物体数字化,从而获得物体表面特征信息。
它极大地缩短了产品的开发周期,提高了产品精度。
本文结合“现代船舶建造大尺度三维数字化测量”的开发实践,针对船
体分段模型对逆向工程的关键技术做了以下研究:

Abstract
Scale measurement is one of the basic means which are used to understand
and reform the world by mankind. Advantage of the measuring method based on
Reverse Engineering is that it acquires all external imformation through
conversing surfacial imformation of object to discrete corordinate points. Product
development cycle and precision can be greatly shortened by this method.
According to practice of Modern Shipbuilding Huge Size 3-D Numeral
Measurement System, such RE key technologies to hull section model are
researched.
1. Preprocess the images collected, such as image filter and image
segmetation. A new centre-extracted method that combines genetic algorithm with
extremum method is proposed based on analyzing and summarizing the current
algorithms.
2. Denoising is implemented to the gained point cloud adopting a method
based on adaptive threshold.
3. Geographic scanning and method based on homogeneity data points and
their surrounding points distributed are implemented to spacial flat point cloud. A
new characteristic boundary extraction method based on mesh generating method
combines with geographic scanning is proposed and verified.
4. Method based on curvature boundary is impletmented. A new adaptive
corner detection method based on boundary is proposed and its feasibility is
verified according to features of hull
