文档介绍:摘要电动汽车要解决的关键技术之一是电池技术,包括电池制造技术和电池控制策略,其中,电池组串联充放电的不一致性是最迫切解决的问题之一。电池组串联充放电的不一致性会使电池组中的某些电池提前损坏,寿命大大缩短,严重时会出现电池爆炸等安全问题,这些问题增加了电动汽车的使用成本。目前,在对电池组均衡充放电的研究方面,国内外研究人员多将注意力放在电动汽车动力电池充电均衡上,而充分考虑电池放电均衡控制策略的研究较少。本论文在分析国内外动力电池充放电方法和均衡充放电研究的基础上,采用分流均衡的均衡充放电方案,并从理论上和实验上进行了初步研究和探讨。主要研究内容有以下几点: ,并依据实验数据建立电池组充放电模型,然后按照设定的充放电均衡控制规则进行仿真,得到合适的电池组均衡充放电的均衡点。 “863”课题,设计了一套电动车电池组检测与充放电均衡控制电路,并根据仿真所得到的均衡点对电池组进行充放电均衡控制。本论文研究设计的电动车电池组检测与充放电均衡控制系统可以用于铅酸电池组的充放电均衡控制,能基本解决在充放电过程中因电池的不一致’而带来的各电池不能同时充足电或不能同时放到电池的电压下限值等问题,有很大的实用性。关键词:电动汽车;均衡;铅酸蓄电池;电池组充放电模型 ABSTRACT The critical technology of Electronic Vehicles(EV)is about battery, include manufacturing technique ofbattery and itscontrolling imbalance of serial battery pile is one of the problems seriouslY need to be imbalance of serial battery pile will damage some batteries of the pile in advance,shorten the battery’s life sharply,even appear safety problem such as battery explosion,these entire problem increase the use co .
