热镀锌板沉没辊轴套材料腐蚀磨损机理的研究
摘要
本文对 Co-Mo-Cr-Si 系列钴基合金与陶瓷材料在锌液中组成摩擦副的腐蚀磨损机理进
行了研究,并通过试验现象总结得出材料的主要腐蚀磨损机理,为进一步研究和筛选轴套
材料提供了一定的理论基础。
首先设计熔炼六种成分的钴基合金,并分别对六种材料做腐蚀和力学性能(抗弯强度和
硬度)试验。T2 合金的耐锌蚀性能最好且表面硬度最高,T1 合金的耐锌蚀性能良好,抗弯
强度最高。本文选定 T1、T2 合金与陶瓷材料(Si3N4 和 Al2O3)分别在空气中和锌液中(转
速、压力相同条件下)进行磨损试验。磨损试验在自行设计制造的试验装置上进行,可同
时测量摩擦扭矩并且监控摩擦过程。
通过摩擦扭矩和磨损速率对 T1、T2 合金与 Si3N4 和 Al2O3 组成摩擦副的磨损过程进行
表征得出:与 Al2O3 配副在锌液中对磨时 T1 合金的腐蚀磨损速率要比 T2 合金的低,但是
与 Si3N4 配副在锌液中对磨时两种合金的耐磨损性能截然相反。
对 T1、T2 合金进行腐蚀机理分析得出钴基合金中 Laves 化合物相要比富钴固溶体相的
耐蚀性能好,而且腐蚀过程基本都是锌液不断向基体扩散,生成 Zn 的化合物并不断向锌
液中飘移的过程。
腐蚀磨损机理主要包括磨料磨损、塑性变形、脆性断裂及脱落。摩擦副的失效是各种
磨损机理的交互作用形成的。影响磨损失效的主要因素是磨料与基体显微硬度的比值、材
料的机械性能、对磨材料的显微组织结构等。
对在空气中和锌液中的磨损进行比较可知锌液除对钴基合金有腐蚀作用外,还起到润
滑和抑制粘着磨损发生的作用,并且腐蚀磨损具有“同时性”、“交替性”和“协同性”的
特征。

RESEARCH ON CORROSIVE WEAR MECHENISM
OF DIP-ROLL SLEEVE IN HOT-DIP GALVANIZING
ABSTRACT
It was studied corrosive wear mechanism of serial Co-based (Co-Mo-Cr-Si) alloys against
ceramic in molten zinc in the analyzing major corrosive wear principle,theory
basis was prepared for further study and champion materials’ selection.
Fristly six kinds of Co-based alloys were designed and done some experiments to measure
their corrosion resistance and mechanical resistance and hardness of T2 alloy
were the best,while the bend strength of T1 alloy was better than T1 and T2 alloy
were selected to slide against Si3N4 and Al2O3 in molten zinc and on the air under the same test
condition. Wear tests had been done in a test apparatus,which is done by ourselves and can
illustrate wear process by measuring friction torque.
The conclusion was drawn by the curve about change of friction torque with time and
corrosive wear corrosive wear resistance of T1 alloy is better than that of T2 alloy when
