摘要
随着经济全球化的加剧,企业核心竞争力的竞争成为市场竞争成败的关键。
核心竞争力是企业多方面技能和企业运行机制的有机结合,是不同技术系统、管
理系统和技能等各种资源的有机结合,是企业在特定经营环境中的竞争能力和竞
争优势的结合。企业经营战略的关键在于培养和发展企业的核心竞争力。科技型
企业核心竞争力的首要核心是知识和技术,以及企业创新能力。
本文以知识经济理论、企业管理理论、企业战略与企业文化理论等为基础,
对我国科技型企业的形成与发展、现状与问题进行了分析,针对我国科技型企业
核心竞争力的内涵和表现及其形成过程,笔者认为应培育企业的核心竞争力,并
设计出科技型企业的核心竞争力评价指标体系及其评价模型,促进了科技型企业
核心竞争力培育。
为了提升科技型企业的核心竞争力,本文从多个角度提出了相关的决策,并
在文末进行了案例分析,进一步说明了科技型企业的核心竞争力的有关理论和问
题。
在科学技术飞速发展的今天,科技型企业正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。拥
有企业的核心竞争力,保持和扩大企业的竞争优势,是众多科技型企业所关注的
首要问题。希望本文的观点和主张能够对科技型企业的发展起到一定的参考和借
鉴作用。

Abstract
With the economic globalization's speeding- up, the petence of the
enterprise es the focus of petition. The petence is the
integration of enterprise skills and operation mechanism, and bination
of technology systems, management systems, and enterprise skills. The core
competence is also bination of petition ability petition
advantages of an enterprise in a certain market environment. The top key of the core
competence of the technology enterprise is knowledge, technology and the ability to
industrialize knowledge.
On the basis of knowledge economy theory, enterprise management theory,
enterprise tactic and enterprise culture theory the article has analyzed the formation,
development, present situation and the existing problems; as to the connotation,
performance and the development process of the petence of technology
enterprises in our country; the author has suggested nurturing petence and
has designed the petence evaluation guide line system and the evaluation
model to improve the nurturing of petence of technology enterprises.
In order to improve petence of technology enterprises the article has
pointed out from points of view the corresponding decisions and again illustrated the
corresponding theories and problems of the petence of technology
enterprises with cases at the end of the article.
