摘要：阐述了连续平压热压机喷蒸系统关键零件驱动辊的传统结构及使用工况，分析了其使用寿命的制约因素，并根据试验数
据和受力分析对其材料、结构和制作工艺进行了优化，达到了延长驱动辊使用寿命，提升喷蒸系统质量的目的。

Abstract: The traditional structure and working conditions of the driving roller that was the key part of the continuous flat hot press
steaming system were analyzed. The constraints of its operation life, and optimized its material, structure and manufacturing process
according to the test data and stress analysis were expounded; so as to extend the operation life of the driving roller and improve the
quality level of the steaming system.
