文档介绍:摘要柴油机作为一种重要的动力机械,广泛应用于各个行业,在国民经济和日常生活中起着举足轻重的作用。柴油机集往复、回转、冲击等运动部件于一体,具有结构复杂、工作条件恶劣、运用负荷范围大的特点。对柴油机的状态进行追踪并进行故障诊断可以有效提高柴油机运行效益。本文针对这种需求,提出了基于模糊故障诊断技术的柴油机故障诊断方法, 并研究开发了柴油机状态智能跟踪及故障诊断系统。柴油机故障种类繁多,故障现象模糊,并且故障原因与故障征兆之间的关系错综复杂,简单的故障诊断专家系统不能满足其准确故障诊断的要求。模糊故障诊断技术通过模拟人的思维方式,可以有效解决复杂系统的故障征兆与故障原因之间的模糊关系,实现故障的准确诊断。通过采集缸内压力数据,求解内燃机燃烧放热模型数学方程,提取出了表征柴油机工作状态本质信息的特征参数。引入了数理统计的方法,分析各参数分布特性,确定了柴油机的故障征兆隶属函数,即柴油机各故障征兆的强化程度。利用专家经验知识与试验数据统计分析相结合的方法建立了柴油机模糊故障诊断矩阵。并通过人为设置故障的方法对模糊诊断模型进行了标定,最终实现了基于模糊诊断算法的柴油机故障诊断。系统硬件采用基于PCI04数据总线的嵌入式工业组件模块设计,满足电磁兼容性能国家标准:软件采用面向对象的软件设计方法开发,便于维护和升级。整个系统使用方便,在恶劣环境下运行可靠、稳定。地面数据分析管理系统主要进行数据传输、数据可视化分析、故障诊断、修程管理、状态趋势跟踪等功能, 可以实现对柴油机维修、质量的综合管理。关键字:模糊故障诊断、数理统计、数据总线、电磁兼容、软件设计 Abstract Diesel engines are widely used asimportant power-supply equipments inmany because of plexity instructure,hi曲power output and poor working environment,intelligent and cost-effective maintenance technology is urgently wanted. Inorder tofillthisblank,a dieselengiRe faultdiagnosis system based on fuzzy diagnosis technique wasresearchedanddeveloped solving thefuzzy relationships between faults and faultsymptoms,petent fordieselengine intelligent condition trackingandquick faultdiagnosis. Through collecting in—cylinderpressure data,solving bustion andbeat release models,the fullworking process information ofthe diesel engine carlbe fln' mathematical statistics,characteristic functions of fault symptoms were derived,that present thefaultsymptoms’ the experiences ofexperts and precise analysis ofthedata,the dependency ofthe fault symptoms On the faults was decided,and the fuzzy fault diagnosis matrix was precise calibration ofthefuzzy faultdiagnosis model aquickand correct faultdiagnosis was realized. The diagnosis device was designed based on PCI04 industry puter databus,and thewhole device met national standard software Wasdeveloped by OOP method,which make iteasily maintained and extended,The system iseasy
