文档介绍：北京工业大学耿丹学院毕业设计(论文) 美国对中国的反倾销问题研究姓名李海伟系名经济与管理系专业国际经济与贸易指导教师陈春燕日期 诚信承诺本人__________ 声明,本论文及其研究工作是由本人在导师指导下独立完成, 论文所利用的一切资料均符合论文著作要求,且在参考文献中列出。签名: 日期: 摘要 I 摘要 20世纪 80年代以来,伴随着中国改革开放步伐的加快,中国对外贸易迅速增长,但中国与贸易国之间的贸易摩擦问题也愈演愈烈。其中,美国作为中国重要的贸易伙伴,中美贸易摩擦的频繁发生,对中国对外贸易经济造成的危害之大是不容忽视的。反倾销作为一种针对性强的非关税措施,便成为了美国限制中国产品进口的最有力武器。因此,如何有效应对美国对华反倾销,是中国对外贸易中非常重要的课题。 1980 年6 月,美国针对中国出口的薄荷醇发起反倾销调查,揭开了中国对外开放之后美国对华反倾销的序幕,进入 20世纪 90年代后,美国对中国的反倾销调查数量开始激增,便一跃成为美国反倾销的头号目标国。随着中国经济的崛起,中国产品对美国出口额增长迅猛,美国对华贸易逆差逐年扩大,特别是中国加入世界贸易组织之后,美国对华反倾销呈现出明显的歧视性和高度严酷性。由于全球贸易环境因素以及中美两国之间由于贸易顺差、经济结构调整、法律制度和经济发展水平的不同使得美国对华反倾销现象越发严重,而美国在与中国贸易中实施的保护贸易为主的贸易政策是美国对华进行反倾销的根本原因。中美两国的产业以互补型为主,美国对华实施的反倾销措施严厉程度的不断增强对双方贸易均无好处,美国频繁的对华反倾销已成为中国对外贸易发展的绊脚石,积极应对反倾销已刻不容缓。面对美国当前愈加严厉的反倾销措施,政府应加快市场经济体制建设,维护与保障合理外贸出口秩序,完善行业协会和商会组织建设。企业作为进出口贸易主体也应转换市场营销理念与模式,提高产品竞争力以及企业积极应诉能力。关键词: 反倾销;贸易保护;应对策略摘要 II Abstract Since 1980s, according to the policy of Reform and Opening-up, China ’s foreign trade has grown rapidly, but the trade friction questions between China and other countries have also grows in intensity. Among them, as an important trade partner of China, the trade friction between China and the United States has happened frequently. So the great harm from the trade friction on China can not be ignored. As a targeted non-tariff measures, anti-dumping has been widely used, and has became the most powerful weapon of the United States to restrict imports of Chinese products. Sohow to deal with the United States ’ anti-dumping is very important for China ’s foreign trade. On June, 1980 the United States launched anti-dumping investigations on China ’s export of menthol. It is the first anti-dumping case that towards China which launched by the United States. However, in1990s the number of the United States anti-dumping investigation which launched towards China had began to surge.
