Abstract—By environmental scanning electron microscopy and relatively few studies with regard to the specialized
X-ray electron probe microanalysis, the relative content of Pb contribution of Pb in wheat grains and its relationship with
was studied in the cortex, the aleuronic layer, the scutellum, the other elements that have influence on plant growth. This
plumule, the hypocotyl, the radicle and the endosperm of wheat article, using wheat grains of different genotypes as materials,
grains with different genotypes. The results showed that the Pb
through the technique of ESEM and X-ray electron probe
content differred as follows: aleuronic layer > hypocotyl > radicle
> scutellum > plumule > cortex > endosperm. There were ic microanalysis, explored the distribution rules and the
differences in Pb enrichment among genotypes of wheat grains, rel
