文档介绍:南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文重型汽车车架的结构有限元分析与轻量化设计研究姓名:赵慧慧申请学位级别:硕士专业:车辆工程指导教师:魏民祥 20071201 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 i 摘要本文针对潍坊宝利汽车公司设计生产的WFG9280重型车车架结合工程理论和实际从静态和动态两方面对该重型车车架的力学性能进行了评估并完成了该车架的结构参数轻量化设计研究内容包括(1) 采用UG和ANSYS软件建立了该车架基于壳单元的有限元模型分别对满载弯曲满载扭转紧急制动和紧急转弯四种典型工况下的车架静强度进行了计算与分析(2) 开展了该车架的有限元动态分析给出了该车架结构的前十阶固有频率和模态振型并在车架模态分析的基础上研究了在动载荷作用下的瞬态响应为重型车车架的动态评估提供了参考(3) 利用ANSYS的一阶优化方法对车架进行了结构优化设计在保证刚度和强度的前提下达到了轻量化的目的并利用Visual Basic编程语言和APDL语言设计了优化软件使车架的优化过程具有了一定的灵活性(4) 针对该车架进行了相应的电测试验验证了有限元分析模型的正确性及计算结果的可靠性本文的研究工作对企业在重型车的设计检验改造和优化等方面具有重要的参考价值和指导意义关键词重型车车架有限元分析ANSYS 静态分析动态分析轻量化重型汽车车架的结构有限元分析与轻量化设计研究 ii ABSTRACT With the WFG9280heavy vehicle frame as subject, the FE(finite element) analyses were performed to investigate its static and dynamic characteristics, and further a reasonable project for light-weight design was put the present thesis, the following works were mainly carried out. (1) The 3D FE model of the WFG9280 vehicle frame was built through the CAD/CAE software of UG and ANSYS, and the static strength analyses were carried out for the vehicle frame under four work conditions, . bending, torsion, braking and swerve; (2)The dynamic characteristics of the vehicle frame were analyzed through the FE method, and further the first ten vibration modes, as well as the transient response of the vehicle frame under dynamic load, were given; (3) The Visual Basic langue and the APDL enclosed in ANSYS were used to develop a software module for structure optimization design, and further,in order to reach the aim of light-weight, the vehicle frame was optimized through the module under stiffness and strength constraints; (4)The strain tests of the vehicle frame were performed to verify the present FE research work in this thesis is very helpful for the improvement of the heavy vehicle structure design and optimization.
