文档介绍：酋都帅范人学颂I:学位论文摘要随着经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,首都北京的产业结构同渐优化,产业布局同趋合理。2004年北京市出台了《北京城市总体规划(2004--2020)》,新的城规为北京不同区域的发展提供了参考依据。北京市丰台区的河西地区,位于北京市的西南部,紧邻中心城。2004年以前它一直是北京14个卫星城之一——长辛店卫星城,但由于多种原因,发展缓慢。在新的城规中, 它被认为是中心城整体发展的重要组成部分,在空间与职能发展方面具有相对独立性和特色。从历史基础与区位的角度看,丰台河西地区属于工业型城乡结合部。在区域发展的研究领域,很多学者一方面关注不断加快的城市化进程,~方面关注轰轰烈烈的新农村建设, 而对于城乡结合部发展的研究较少,大多集中在城乡结合部的土地利用等方面。本论文以促进丰台河西整个区域的全面发展为目标,根据丰台河西地区的现状特点, 以文献阅读和实地调研为基础,借鉴多学科的研究方法和入手,综合考察了河西地区的发展现状以及居民需求,通过区域内部对比研究的方法,寻找出促进河西地区经济发展的动力因素。本文的重点部分在于根据区域内部各组团发展不平衡的现状,一方面对比分析了以国有企业为核心的二七机车厂(北京轨道装备有限责任公司)与三院(航天科工集团第三研究院)传统型社区居民的生活环境;另一方面对比分析了长辛店镇与王佐镇的发展现状。根据资源与区位的优势,最终得出促进丰台河西地区发展的五大动力因素,分别是: 传统产业的升级改造、发展以房地产业和休闲旅游业为主的第三产业、道路交通改善与城市功能的完善、发展教育以及资源与产业的整合。本文虽然是对某一特定城乡结合部进行研究,但是笔者认为对于有类似情况的区域仍然具有一定的借鉴意义。关键词:城乡结合部,北京市,丰台区,河西地区,经济发展,动力因素北京市‘l:台jIIf两地区绛济发展动/J|太1索研究 Abstract With the development ofeconomy and thespeeding upprocess ofurbanization,the structure and layout ofindustry inBeijing ing more the new general—planning ofBeijing(2004—2020),different areas are supplied by correspond development references.
