文档介绍：新疆农业大学硕士学位论文新疆可再生能源发展研究姓名:宋瑞申请学位级别:硕士专业:农业经济管理指导教师:帕塔木·巴拉提 20070601 中文摘要能源是人类赖以生存繁衍、社会得以繁荣进步的重要物质基础,也是国民经济发展和人民生活水平提高的重要物质基础。随着全球经济的飞速发展,能源需求也同时高速增长,但到目前为止,能源结构仍然以化石燃料为主,石油、天然气和煤炭等常规能源依然是世界经济的三大能源支柱。但常规能源有限性及对环境的的严重污染是其不可克服的局限性。中国目前严重依赖常规能源,尤其是煤炭。对中国而言,如何应对长期趋势下的现有能源供给结构的不可持续,这已经是个迫切需要解决的问题了。新疆是我国 21世纪的能源基地,虽然有丰富的煤炭、石油和天然气资源,但其的枯竭是不可避免的。为了维护国家能源安全和实现经济的可持续发展,必须加强可再生能源的发展和研究。本文首先分析了国内外可再生能源发展现状及存在的问题,然后从新疆常规能源资源状况及当前的消费利用情况着手,分析了新疆可再生能源资源开发在新疆经济可持续发展战略中的地位、作用及发展可再生能源的必要性,进一步分析了影响可再生能源发展的主要问题和障碍,并提出了加快开发可再生能源的政策、措施和建议。关键词:可再生能源,常规能源,可持续发展 abstract Ene唱y is theimponant foundation oftllenational economy development and theessential basic matefialsafeguard ofthenationalproduction觚d life.
