文档介绍:摘要跨座式单轨车辆运行时受线路约束产生相应的动态位移和力的变化,运行时一方面车辆与线路之间耦合、相互作用,另一方面还有车辆之间的相互耦合作用, 这些复杂的耦合关系产生了动力作用。因此需要对跨座式单轨车辆进行动力学分析,并据此分析车辆的关键结构和参数。本文阐述了国内外跨座式单轨车辆的动力学研究状况,并对跨座式单轨车辆的特殊结构进行了描述,并与一般的铁路车辆进行了运行性能的比较;在多体系统动力学的基础上,运用多体动力学仿真软件建立了整车的动力学仿真模型;通过动力学性能仿真,分析了车辆的曲线通过能力和车辆的稳定性、平稳性以及正常行驶工况下二系悬挂的受力情况,为车辆的疲劳和结构强度计算提供了输入力的参数;运用相关标准对重庆跨座式单轨车辆平稳性进行了评价;分析了转向架上空气弹簧、横向减振器,牵引橡胶堆的刚度阻尼系数,导向轮和稳定轮的预压力值对整车动力学性能的影响,得出二系悬挂参数对车辆动力学性能影响的规律曲线。分析和计算结果表明跨座式单轨车辆动力学性能较好。本文的研究为跨座式单轨车辆的深入研究打下了基础。关键词:跨座式单轨车辆:动力学;仿真;平稳性 ABSTRACT monorail vehicle may generate corresponding dynamic displacement and forcechange,beacuase itsrunning isconstrained by therunning,there plicated coupling relations between vehicle and the otherhand,there isalsotherelationship which generatedynamical effectsamong ,it need tomake adynamical analysis on straddle‘type monorailvehicle,and thenanalyzing thecrucial structure andparameters according tothe resultoftheanalysis.
