摘要
电子信息时代背景下，互联网技术飞速发展，计算机和网络设施的普及，为网民们上网提供了更加便利的条件，网络已经成为了人类生活中不可或缺的一部分，且在政治、文化、科技、社会等各个方面影响着全世界。民主制度的不断完善，积极组织大小投票，听取群众意见变得普遍起来，以往的投票方式费时费力，覆盖面小，样本基数小，不具备一定的代表性。现开发一套基于Web的在线投票系统，管理员可将时下热门具有话题性的主题以投票的方式供网民在线选择，极大地加速了信息的传播。本网站主采用Java语言， Spring框架，数据库为MySQL,前端采用HTML, JavaScript等，主要功能有后台管理员登录，用户注册登录、评论、投票，投票项目后台的生成、删除、修改、查询，投票结果后台管理等。网站主旨为快速的统计分析样本数据，增强数据的可靠性、时效性、稳定性。以用户体验为核心，用户也可以自由评论互动。
