文档介绍:充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 摘要水稻是我国最主要的粮食作物,因其种植面积大、单位面积产量与总产量高, 在粮食生产中地位举足轻重。水稻种植的机械化是水稻生产的必然趋势,大力发展水稻生产机械化,可以有效争抢农时、抵御自然灾害的影响、确保和扩大种植面积、提高水稻产量、节约生产成本。为了达到满意的插秧质量,在插秧前必须对插秧机进行适当的调整到位,以保证大田有基本的苗数。而大田的基本苗数是由秧苗栽插时的行距、株距和每穴株数决定的。插秧机的行距为 30 cm 固定不变,可调的只有株距和每穴株数。所以,通过调整株距调整大田基本苗数来合理实现水稻栽植密度,从而获得最高的产量,对于水稻种植具有重要的意义。通过设计合理而高效的株距调整变速器, 对于适应多品种水稻种植,不同栽植密度要求,充分利用机械具有重要意义。本设计针对水稻插植过程中经常采用的七个株距进行了插秧机株距调整变速箱的设计,主要进行了以下内容: (1)调查分析了国内外水稻插秧机产业、产品发展现状以及发展趋势,阐述了株距调整变速箱在插秧机工作中起到的重要作用,明确了课题研究的意义。(2)根据插秧机要实现七个株距的设计要求,设计了株距调整变速箱的传动方案,并拟定了其传动路线。(3)根据株距调整变速箱要具体实现的七个株距距离,并结合插秧机工作时的行走速度,计算出该变速箱的传动比。并拟定了合理的变速箱传动零件参数, 计算出了各个齿轮齿数。(4)根据设计完成的传动零件尺寸,并结合变速箱传动过程中传递功率及传动比,计算出传动零件的受力,进行了传统力学分析。(5)简单介绍了变速箱操纵机构的设计原则。关键词:株距调整变速箱;传动方案;传动比;力学分析充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 i充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 Rice is China's most impo rtant Abstractt food crops, because of its large acreage, high yield s per unit area and total production, it play sa decisive role in food production .The mechanization of rice cultiv atio n is the inevitable trend of rice production.
