The british are very courteous and polite,they love to use ‘thank you ’ and ‘please’.So when you talk to british,whether they are attendants or drivers,please be you want to ask them for help,please speak in a mild tone,never make others feel a tone of command,otherwise,you’ll get nothing.
英国人待人彬彬有礼,讲话十分客气,“谢谢”、“请”字不离口。对英国人讲话也要客气,不论他们是服务员还是司机,都要以礼相待，请他办事时说话要委婉,不要使人感到有命令的口吻,否则,可能会使你遭到冷遇。
