The bilingual teaching aiming at cultivating foreign related legal talents should be based on the existing resource of the law schools and focus on the cultivation pound qualities of excellent foreign related legal talents, especially on the cultivation of legal intellectual techniques and practical skills. The teaching experience of the bilingual law course of“ Comparative IP Case Study ” is taken as an example to illustrate how the purpose of the course is designed, the contents of course are chosen, and how various teaching methods are adopted to focus the bilingual legal course on cultivating practical capabilities of law majors.
