企业大力推行节能减排工作，是提升企业技术 水平、提高企业经济效益和企业履行社会贵任的重 要途经。调整企业经济结构、改革企业经济增长方 式、推进企业技术进步等等，都是推进节能减排工 作的重要措施。但是由于国有军工体制改革的艰巨 性和复杂性，加上维护企业稳定的政治工作要求, 企业改革调整必须遵循积极稳妥、循序渐进的原则。 因此，经济结构调整不可能在短时间内出现明显的 拉动效应，而在实现节能减排的过程中，效果显现 最直接、最冇效的则是企
